The 3rd LAPD officer on the scene was at my house soon after the murder and he indicated that the murder weapon was in a trash can next to a bench where Blake was sitting after he had vommited. He said it looked pretty bad for Blake.

The verdict should be guilty in my estimation.

Overall it was a weak case. It was basically 'he had to have done it because we have no one else in mind'. Lots of doubt. The jury really gave it critical consideration.
