Should be on right now..but they are doing the "person of interest" arrest press conference on the Jessica Lunsford kidnapping. Just tuned in CTV and they are saying "shortly".
Good to see that Scott has lost his smirk.
There is no favorable choice for him. As a class A prisoner, he's isolated, as a Class B, he's out in the yard with the rest of the cons who'd like to rape or kill him. Pooooooooor Scotty.
2 P.M. EST.
It's on CTV now.
While I not against frying him, maybe it is more fitting to let him rot in jail. Hpoefully in this case he will live to be 100 years old and suffer each and every day with no hope of fredom, ever.

I agree with you. I completely support the death penalty, but do believe in this case that he dies daily as he can no longer play golf or live the vida loca.
No, he may not think of it because he is cold and calculating but ... that doesn't change the fact he will be A--L-O-N-E in a dark, dank cell for the rest of his life. Whether he thinks about his wife and baby and what could have been or whether he thinks about what he did...the one constant will be he will be all alone when he could have had a beautiful wife, beautiful baby, a loving home and family. He gave up everything that was good for things that were empty, shallow and "for the moment" and now he has himself only. All alone...if he could change a moment in time I think he would surely change what he did. He may not admit it and he may remain arrogant but I think deep in his soul he would change what he did ONLY because NOW he has NOTHING. I WILL pray for his soul because he is gonna need all the prayers he can get. I have prayed for his wife and baby as well.
BTW What's a stinger (allowed for Grade A)?
Boy, they are not wasting any time with that snott.
Most inmates try to put on their most bad a$$ face, when they have their prison ID pictures taken, but he does not appear to have done this. He probably will in the future. He looks as though the reality of his situation has not sunk in yet
It may not be a badass expression, but the smirk is gone at last...though in the top shot he seems to be trying to be defiant at least. In the profile, he seems to be trying not to cry.
I rather like the way his neck is sort of slumping forward from his backbone, with his head pulling backward against his neck. That downward pressure on his neck indicates to me that he's feeling stressed out and working hard to put on a good face. I hope he gets even more stressed out with every passing day for the rest of his no-good life. If they don't execute him soon, at least he'll become a broken and bent old man.
Some of his other new neighbors which were recently sentenced are the Heltzer brothers. Aweful, aweful people. They killed four or five people and cut up at least two of them and put them in the delta.
He actually looks proud of himself in the top picture. I hope something comes along to wipe the smirk off his face. Obviously the death penalty didn't do it.
A few years ago, my hubby and I parked our RV in an RV park in Larkspur, and took the Larkspur Ferry over to San Francisco...my husband pointed out San Quentin, and as we went by, we could see the inmates in the yard, playing basketball...I was surprise at how close that ferry comes to San Quentin...
On our way over to Frisco, we got on one of the slow ferries you speak about...but on our way back, we got on a 'speed ferry', to get back to Larkspur...boy that ferry really speeds...
I am up in Washington State, and we ride the ferries all the time...but they seem to go extra slow, in relation to the Larkspur Ferry...
We will be going down to California again, this coming fall...and when we go back to Frisco on the ferry, this time, Scott will be there in San Quentin..(if he is still alive)..
I will be sure to wave to Scotty, wishing for him a dreadful, fear-filled, horrifying life, in his new home..
best,
DX

Just heard on Catherine Crier that Lee Peterson, after pleading poverty, just purchased a new Jaguar. Maybe that was Snott's appeal, up in smoke.
