U.S. deports man wanted in border slaying (Mexico)

CIUDAD JUAREZ, Mexico- A Mexican man suspected of killing a woman in this rough border city was deported on Wednesday from the United States and turned over to Mexican federal and state agents.

Manuel Angel Rodriguez, 32, was taken to the half-way point of the Santa Fe international bridge linking El Paso, Texas, with Ciudad Juarez, where he was arrested by Mexican authorities.

Rodriguez was wanted in connection with the killing of Patricia Montelongo, whose body was discovered Saturday morning. Left wrapped in a blanket on a back porch, Montelongo's body had been stabbed 25 times.

Chihuahua State Attorney General Patricia Gonzalez said the U.S. authorities arrested Rodriguez on Tuesday after finding him at his parents' house in Texas with assistance from Mexican consulate in El Paso.

Mexican federal investigators say nearly 350 women have been killed in Ciudad Juarez since 1993. About 100 of those killings follow an eerily similar pattern involving young women who were sexually assaulted, strangled and dumped in the desert.

Rodriguez allegedly had entered the United States illegally, allowing him to be deported.

Several officers of the Federal Agency of Investigation and state police took Rodriguez into custody on the bridge spanning the Rio Grande, known as the Rio Bravo in Mexico.

Authorities believe Montelongo's killing was motivated by a drug debt, Gonzalez said.

This begs the question - why aren't all captured illegals deported this fast?

Contrast our extradition of this Perp within a couple of days with the Mexican Government's outright refusal to extradite any of the couple hundred wanted felons who are in Mexico. Yet another instance of Mexican hypocrisy and untrustworthiness.

One third of the incarcerated in California prisons alone are illegals.
Imagine how much could be saved by deporting all of them!

Deport them all!
Ike did it, so can Bush!

Happy St. Paddy's day all!

Deport him to Hell. Injection, Old Sparky, Firing Squad, whatever. Then mail the body.

This could have been an opportunity for a prisoner exchange for some of those we want. However, we don't do business that way.

I would guess this: they didn't want us to have time to mobilize. They don't want to defy the World Court's order that we aren't allowed to execute illegal alian murderers, and if we had enough time, we could have rubbed their noses in it. Texas courts made the right decision before, but the Federals courts [as usual] wanted us to conform to their regressive agenda.

"Rodriguez allegedly had entered the United States illegally..."

Isn't that kind of a clearcut topic? An illegal alien is easy to identify in our data banks, don't you think?

This begs the question

An even better question......

Why is it so *easy* for mexican murderers & criminals to illegally cross US borders ???

If mexican police had not identified this creep, he could of easily obtained phony ID's in the US, & maybe never been punished for this murder.
