Dutchman in Iraq genocide charges

Prosecutors in the Netherlands have formally charged a Dutch businessman with complicity in genocide for selling chemicals to Iraq's former regime. Frans van Anraat, 62, is accused of selling US and Japanese chemicals which were used to produce poison gas.

But there were no WMD like chemical weapons in Iraq.

I heard that from Kerry and Kennedy and all the boys in blue.

Argh!! I searched for Anraat and genocide and found nothing related to this. Searched for 'Dutchman" and found one (sorry)...consider this an update to:This old discussion

If guilty, they could force him to examine some of the evidence against him firsthand.
