Prosecutors in the Netherlands have formally charged a Dutch businessman with complicity in genocide for selling chemicals to Iraq's former regime. Frans van Anraat, 62, is accused of selling US and Japanese chemicals which were used to produce poison gas.
But there were no WMD like chemical weapons in Iraq.
I heard that from Kerry and Kennedy and all the boys in blue.
If guilty, they could force him to examine some of the evidence against him firsthand.
Muffled voice from behind thick glass: "Ok, Mr. Anraat, I'd like to draw your attention to exhibit B, wafting through that grating in the floor underneath you. Yes, the same stuff that you assisted in producing to kill entire families..."
