Judge Greer's frenzy to have Terri killed sure raises red flags. Makes no sense, unless he has been bribed, blackmailed, a power thing or in some other vested interest. He apparently get a high or something from having Terri suffer a terrible death.

And FYI, CNN just finished a puff piece bio on Greer, with his recent campaign manager actually saying that 'if they made a movie about Judge Greer, that someone like Gary Cooper should play Greer', I'm not kidding, this demented beeotch actually said that.

"But DeLay told Hannity, "This judge and the Supreme Court of Florida are well known to be liberal judges that have a different worldview and they're imposing their worldview on the law."

Yeah, and so does the USSC. It will be easy for you to put this "little judge" in his place. Once done, how about going after the big boys and girl who are using international law and mores to make Constitutional decisions. Then I'll believe you're serious.

Bless you, Mr. Delay.

May this be the first shot fired in a war to rein in the renegade judiciary.

"We will do everything to enforce the power and authority of the Congress and no little judge sitting in a state district court in Florida is going to usurp the authority of Congress," he added.

I hope Delay has the cajones to go through with it.

Talk is cheap Delay. And while you're at it, you may want to start looking at other judical monkeyshines.

Yep. They've always been long on words, short on results.

I have a lot of contempt for the POS Greer myself.

Can't John Edwards just meet with Terri and Channel for her the way he does in courts for deceased people in front of jurys. I thought he speaks for those who cannot when the medical community has harmed them?

Where is the senator when you need him?

What bearing does that have? When doesn't the liberal judiciary create legislation at will?

Has to be all of the above, IMO. Certainly there's $$$ involved. But from where?

DeLay is telling it like it is. Why wait until morning then to do something? Or will anything ever be done?

Look, Judge Greer wants to see Mrs. Schiavo dead, so turnabout really is fair play.

At the same time Greer has to recognize that his brand of judicial arrogance is bringing the entire judiciary into disrepute. Although I referred to Brian Gene Nichols in jest (since it's unlikely he will get out again), the thing is virtually no one has expressed any outrage that a sitting judge was murdered at the bar of justice.

For the most part no one cares about these guys anymore. In their effort to elevate themselves to the level of demi-gods they have managed only to dehumanize themselves.

I once posted years ago (on the old MSNBC bulletin boards) that liberalism=death. At the time, I was highly vilified for doing so, but now it appears that I have been vindicated. May God rescue Terri Schiavo.

I'm not holding my breath on any of this. Talk is cheap. Maybe I'm just a little cynical. An dsick and tired of the talk with no walk.

I'd love to see Bush coming charging in on his horse and save the day. What's he got to lose? He's not up for re-election.

I normally adore everything Tom DeLay does, but he's letting emotion instead of logic speak here. It's an empty threat.

Don't be too sure about that my FRiend. ;)

However, DeLay is smoking crack if he thinks Greer can be held in contempt.

That's what Jonathan Turley said on FOXNEWS. The Judiciary will quash the subpoena, especially since these hearings were largely a sham.

If Congress was so hot to do something, why did DeLay wait 'til the last minute? This date has been out there for a month.

Think there might be just a tad bit of grandstanding going on here?
