I wonder if this is the actual text of the legislation:

How do you tell if your firearm is operated by level? Is it only illegal if you're shooting it up or down a slope (i.e., not level operated)? Does this mean I can't shoot it on a cant, or can I shoot it on a cant? Can I shoot at cans on cant, or can't I?
