Michael committed prejury (There's more) with regard to statement(s) to law enforcement & malpractice trial .
The time line of event don't match, and providing false informations to law enforcement during a investigation.
For example(one of many). (I don't have paper to pin-point the times, so I will ball park them)
Q.- What time did you (Schiavo) get home that morning(Sunday AM)
10pm, 11pm,1pm,2pm ? those were this responses in different years(I will re-check data) 4 different times documented.
As I recall, MS stated he heard noise at @0430 hrs, Theresa father (Bob) got call from MS @ 440AM, Father calls Son(Bobby) to get to AO(location).
Brother arrives at @ 0450 hrs(+/-). Brother calls 911(0452hrs)+/-..Fire EMT arrive to location at @ 0500 hrs(+/-)
EMT find victim on ground(face down) CPR,etc..done
EMT calls for back-up, because situation seemed unusual.
Time: 0540 hrs, Unit dispatch to location at @0611 hrs..
Unit arrives at 0633 hrs (Almost 1 hour from back-up call from Fire EMT)
Note: Satursday nights are busy nights, and night shift for many police(nights) 2300hrs-0700 hrs..
MS had almost 2 hours to clean-up, relax,etc...
Here's where this case WENT SOUTH(wrong direction)..
Theresa and Brother where already in hospital...
PO : MS states that there haven't BEEN ANY PROBLEMS at home which would lead to her wanting to try suicide and they have HAD NO MAJOR ARGUMENTS LATELY..."
This is providing FALSE infromation, this case was NOT refered to Detective Unit

At some point here, however, Bob Schindler (Terri's father) was questioned by police in this case -- they asked him if he had any reason to believe that Terri's injuries or situation -- not sure what words they used, but come to think of it, the particular choice of words would be quite telling, since Michael and his defenders insist there was no other harm to Terri.
But SOMETHING about the scene or about Michael himself (affect? actions?) didn't ring true to them, didn't pass their initial smell test. As indeed WE note, in MIchael's changing testimony about how her collapse occurred in the first place.
Mr. Schindler denied any problems between them or that Michael would do anything to her. [is this correct, phenn? just want to be right on this imp. point -- thanks so much! I hope you are well, and that you are able to rest, knowing that you and all are lifted up in our prayers .]
Just to consider: We have a local story of a woman who unfortunately was killed by her abusive husband. Her mother, her family NEVER KNEW SHE WAS BEING ABUSED. Don't know how -- in retrospect, they don't know how they missed it (I know them), but they did.
Who did call 911?
I know Michael called Bob, who called Bobby, who ran over to the apt and beat the paramedics there. In the meantime, was it Bob or Michael who called 911? Michael said in his 10/27/03 LKL interview that he did -- as if he did it first thing, as any normal person would have done, when in fact he did not.
