She needs to be targeted for removal in '06, and sent packing.

Good luck. She is in a gerrymandered district, the same one that Peter Deutsch-bag represented until he decided to run for the Senate. (Thank God Peter Deutsch-bag did not succeed in that effort!!)

But you better be mentally prepared when the federal judge refuses to overturn Greer, and the Supreme Court refuses to hear it.

Mentally prepared - Sure am are you?

We will see about that..

"This is the final nail in the coffin of the Democratic party as a viable national institution.

They don't know it yet, but they have just screwed up real bad."

That was my assessment as well.

He also said that people who were in a worse condition then Terri have been rehabilitated.

Yes. I liked the point he made that "If there is any chance Terri can improve through rehab....she certainly should be given that chance!!!!"

Well, start with the US Congress, particularly the Dims.

Get the phone numbers of the local state parties. Write newspapers, call into radio talk shows, post messages on blogs. Just keep it going.

Even when Terri is saved (and I believe she will be saved), we must NEVER allow the peeples to forget just what the Dims stand for:

The right for the worst of the worst (death row inmates) to live while an innocent US woman is sentenced to death by starvation!! This is something you would in jail for if you did it to your pet.

Dims argue for the rights of terrorists, you know, those people that cut off the heads of others, that blow up babies, women and innocent men.

Dims argue that allowing a baby to be so-called 'partially born' before killing the baby is okay.

But, they are using their full political and legal muscle to be SURE that an innocent US women starves to death.

My God, what has happened to my country!

Did you just recently arrive on this planet?

No. And you better get ready for pleas to be made for federal review of everything under the sun.

I've been trying to call Wexler's offices but they're not answering in any of them.

What is making me maddest is that all this bill is doing is giving Terri a chance to be represented by an attorney and have the highest court in the land make sure that she is being treated fairly and that her constitutional rights aren't being violated, WHY SHOULD SHE NOT HAVE THAT CHANCE? Why can't they see that her husband is NO HUSBAND! I am glad they are bringing that up now!

hahaha! Dave Weldon just said on CSPAN that "In the eyes of a lot of people, Terri's husband is a BIGAMIST!"

He also made a factual error.

He said that MS has a common law wife.

Weldon's own state of Florida has no provision for common law marriage.

But even if Terri would stay as she is, and her parents are willing to take care of her, wouldn't any humane person allow her to live and let them take care of her, instead of ordering her to be put to death?

Stray animals are allowed to live, if there is someone who is willing to take them in. Terri has less rights, than a stray animal. What does that say about the judge and our society today?

And wait until judges start to order that children with Down syndrome or autistic children to be put to death.

Duh...this can be used as a figure of speech....he is living and has been living with another woman, (had kids with her) for 10 years! He is trying to tell people that the man is not in any way a husband!
