TERRI can eat food thru her mouth, food that MICHAEL has been stopping her from having for years.

TERRI can SPEAK.

TERRI is NOT the Living Dead.

TERRI is capable of being re-hab'ed.

TERRI rehabilitation that her "Husband" MICHAEL has been preventing for years as he continues to make babies with his lover.

The Pittsburgh Post Gazette quotes one of TERRI's nurses saying in a Court Affidavid that:

"TERRI spoke on a regular basis, sayng such things as 'Mommy' and 'help me.'"

When she put a washcloth in TERRI's hand to keep her fingers from curling together, [Nurse] Leyer said "MICHAEL saw it and made me take it out, saying that was therapy that he had forbidden."

It gets worse:

"Throughout my time at Palm Gardens, MICHAEL SCHIAVO was focused on TERRI's death," the RN noted. "MICHAEL would say 'When is she going to die?" 'Has she died yet?' and 'When is that BITCH gonna die?'"

"I frequently put orange juice or apple juice in her washcloth to give her something nice to taste, which made her happy. On three or four occassions I personally fed TERRI small mouthfuls of Jello, which she was able to swallow and enjoyed immensely."

The only reason this nurse didn't feed TERRI more was "because I was afraid of being caught by MICHAEL."

The U.S. Constitution guarantees each person the Right to LIFE, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

Which of these 3 Constituionally guaranteed Rights has MICHAEL been properly looking after on behalf of his "Wife" TERRI..?

I just watched NBC news and they flat out stated she was on life support. They are low life lieing crap. I was so ticked off at the bold faced lie.

Then they said another bold lie about the Marine who is about to go to trail for killing low life muslims. They made it appear that he was never cleared of the charges at first. If I remember correctly he was cleared then one fellow Marine came forth and charges were brought two months later.

In the past, life support usually referred to things that, if removed, would result in an almost instantaneous death. As such, Christopher Reeve, was on life support, as he needed a ventilator to force air into his lungs. I realize he worked toward breathing on his own, because of the fear of a ventilator malfunction. Though he made progress, I don't believe he became completely independent of it. I just don't know-- I didn't follow his situation all that closely. He seemed to be getting excellent therapies and the newest treatment modalities.

I believe Christpher Reeve was also on a feeding tube. And incable of feeding himself. But I digress. Many times feeding tubes are used from a "time management" perspective of the caregivers who work with patients having difficulty swallowing.

Back to the past. Providing nutrition/hydration to a patient was not considered a medical treatment. And the need to use a feeding tube for delivery of nutrition/hydration would not have been considered life support. In recent years, the semantic waters have been muddied. So for those of you who have signed an advanced directive, or living will, stating that you do not want any kind of life support, you may want to find out what exactly constitutes "life support."

Now, in Terri's case, were you aware that the judge has also prohibited anyone from giving her anything by mouth? Water, ice chips, pudding, etc. This occurred after a previous removal of Terri's feeding tube, when relatives tried to feed her by mouth. These relatives were then barred from seeing Terri. And the judge's reaction-- "I don't want anyone trying to feed that girl," Greer thundered. "The law of the case is that she is going to die."

A motion was recently brought requesting that people be allowed to feed/attempt to feed Terri by regular means . The judge's ruling:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondents' Emergency Expedited Motion for Permission to Provide Theresa Schiavo with Food and Water by Natural Means is DENIED.

DONE AND ORDERED in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, this 8 day of March, 2005.
