Bobby Schindler on Glenn Beck show says they just got this disappointing news. He says this means tube will not back in until then if judge orders it.
Yawn. Just taking my sweet little time.
3PM! He's had this case since 4:30AM...

Otherwise --- Why else would He continuously deliver her from
the evil hands of her attempted murderers ???

E-mail and urge the Judge to order the feeding tube reinserted NOW, Terri has already been starving and being dehydrated for 3 days -- THEN he can review the case at his leisure.

I want to keep the faith, but am admittedly nervous. Even though this is federal court, it's still FL.

He is trying to run out the clock and wait for Terri to die or pass the point of no return. He is a Clinton appointee and used to be a public defender, he only has compassion for criminals, not for innocent disabled women, who are being murdered, while he fiddles.
If not the feeding tube .. aleast IV fluids or she'll dehydrate
Guess he wanted to sleep in this morning. I have a bad feeling. I hope I am terribly wrong.
Considering the length and scope of the case is it possible he just wants to review it thouroughly? I know every minute is precious, but if the judge makes a ruling to put the tube in that is flawed, Michael Schiavo will get it reversed immediately and it will be back out.
Does anybody know anything about the judge that got the case?
