Guess he wanted to sleep in this morning. I have a bad feeling. I hope I am terribly wrong.
It's just more hope for the Bill Clinton appointed judge to starve her some more in hopes she might just die before any ruling can be given.

Unbelievable... hope the "judge" enjoys a fine meal and a cool drink of water before he attends to the constitutional rights of this poor woman. Devoid of kindness or mercy.
The latest story had this line in it:
"David Gibbs II, attorney for the parents, said the judge had sent a message saying he was reviewing the filings in the case."
Keep praying. God-Willing, help is only a few hours away.
Chill!! Everyone needs to just take a breath on this. A federal judge scheduling a hearing less than 12 hours after the case hits his desk is LIGHTNING FAST, PEOPLE!! I know everyone is anxious about this - as you should be - but everyone needs to chill on this.
