Yeah, well, maybe AP shoved it on their wire service...but it didn't get out to the masses very quickly.

Be praying at 3:00 o'clock, friends!

I'm listening to Laura Ingraham to see what she can make of this since she was a clerk for the US Supremes.

He is a Clinton appointee and used to be a public defender...>

The guy used to be PD?! Good gad. Does he think accused criminals have the only lives worth defending?!

Actually it was first on FoxNews and it was posted it inside one of the threads, but that's not what's important.

What is important that the Judge could have ordered the feeding tube reinserted immediately and he didn't.

It's just more hope for the Bill Clinton appointed judge to starve her some more in hopes she might just die before any ruling can be given.

No conscience.

Considering the length and scope of the case is it possible he just wants to review it thouroughly? I know every minute is precious, but if the judge makes a ruling to put the tube in that is flawed, Michael Schiavo will get it reversed immediately and it will be back out.

Does anybody know anything about the judge that got the case?

It's in God's hands. His mercy is limitless. If this doesn't fall in Terri's favor, we can take solace in that she'll be entering paradise.

She's a suffering soul. God's will is being done, as hard as it sounds. If He allows her to be a victim of our flawed justice system, perhaps He is asking us to change it to save the lives of thousands more down the road who would perish otherwise. If we don't learn from this, God help us all.

Either way, she is innocent. God and the angels are with her...

That was my thought on another thread. It's a simple, non-traumatic thing to do.

Well that's just great. Could Terri's luck be any worse with regard to judges and courts? It's an abomination.

It is so good to know that a Federal Judge has the capacity to understand the urgency with Terri,s life hanging in the balance.
What in the hell are we paying these guys for, to sit on their rear ends all day. I don,t think so !!

Com,on judges, get your big fat rear ends in gear.

Pray and put it into God's hands, and then do everything you can do and feel called to do(like call and write letters and such). God's been using Terri a lot...To paraphrase something John Wesley once said about himself, "she's immortal, doing God's work until God is through with her."

I don't know when he'll be through with her, but she is in his hands. I'm going to keep praying.

You'll be happy to know that these guys don't have to sit on their rear ends all day. They can be out fishing and still get full pay. They retire on full pay also.

No Laura here in the People's Republic of East Vermont (formerly known as New Hampshire). :-(

Guess he wanted to sleep in this morning. I have a bad feeling. I hope I am terribly wrong.

I wish like everyone else this Judge would act quicker

But it does takes time to read and review the briefs

God's been using Terri a lot...

True...this situation has CLEARLY exposed the Democrats as the "Party of Death"...no doubt whatsoever.

This worries me - for two reasons:

after the emergency session late at night on a Sunday - and the President flying back from Texas to sign the bill immediately - in the middle of the night, - as every hour without food and water is critical - this judge, who's court is open 24/7, ho-hums the day away.

and 2., this judge is in Clearwater, the nest of the Scientologists - and there have been many references to Scientology's fingers in this case...

smells bad

Pray, pray, pray. HE can defeat them all - and get Terri to safety

Something tells me they are determined to kill this woman for no reason other than to make the point that people who are deemed "inconvenient" or "unproductive" can be killed at the behest of another. In that context, the federal judiciary is as unlikely to save this person's life as the state courts.

People, this is exactly how it started in Germany in the 1930s. The German nation just didn't up and decide one morning to kill 6,000,000 Jews. It started with German judges and courts deciding that "for the good of all", so-called "useless persons" and those deemed "a burden" to the state could be sent to places like Hademar and euthanized, with no consideration at all for the wishes of the individual, because, ostensibly, those persons could not express what they wanted and therefore it was permissible for "someone else" to decide that they should die.

Bit off topic, but does anyone know for sure if there is indeed any money involved in this case. Does Michael Schiavo stand to gain by his wifes death. He said on CNN that there was NOT any money involved but I have heard otherwise. Anyone have facts on this?
