Bobby Schindler on Glenn Beck show says they just got this disappointing news. He says this means tube will not back in until then if judge orders it.
THANK you! That is exactly what I was trying to say.
Most restaurant managers know CPR and first aid as well as Heimlich maneuver. Lightweight argument for not doing CPR or calling 911.
Many of the initial determinations of fact under Judge Greer relied on the testimony of Dr. Ronald Cranford. He is certainly a medical expert; but he is also a right-to-die zealot who advocates the removal of feeding tubes for patients with Alzheimer's dementia.
well you are absolutely correct. : )
If and after we can get the feeding tube reinserted, we have to push for more Federal Legislation.
Neither President Andrew Jackson nor President Abraham Lincoln had a problem defying Supreme Court decisions when public necessity and their interpretation of the U.S. Constitution brought them to a position of defiance. Governor Bush's relationship to the Florida courts is the same as that of the President relative to the Federal courts. If the Governor had the boldness and courage to act according to the dictates of his conscience, Federal intervention would not have been necessary.
... so we need to PRAY!
God can change the heart of even a Clinton appointee!
If the ruling is in question, and a human being is being starved to death as a direct result of that ruling, it only makes sense to suspend the ruling.
This is like saying, "I'll hear the appeal at 3pm, but in the meantime, go ahead with the execution."
"Some referring to Wexler, Wasserman and a few other nimrod crapweasels"
No. Actually, it's some on a subcommittee who wrote the subpeona.
Then why doesn't US AG Gonzalez order that Terri be protected as a witness under house subpoena? It's a national disgrace that your legal system can let a person starve to death while they're waiting for their day in court. All this legal process is useless if the key party in this case dies from dehydration. This case is just incredibly senseless. It's a mind-boggling display of raw government power and arrogance.
You are absolutely right!
I'm hearing now that the judge will likely reinsert the tube and then they will look into it. Let's pray that is true!
"Can you live with yourself if she dies and it's the other case?"
Wherein do you think the lying occurred?
Regardless, I can live with myself. It's not my decision to make.
>>>The only good news I had was that the judge sent word to her family he is reviewing.<<<
He probably sent word to both sides letting them know he is reviewing..don't you think??
I can't believe people fall for such lies. Just skipping a regular meal, or eating that meal later than usual is painful for most of us.
"Who knows what she hasn't been subjected to and what was withheld from Terri! "
The people held accountable for such.
Chill!! Everyone needs to just take a breath on this. A federal judge scheduling a hearing less than 12 hours after the case hits his desk is LIGHTNING FAST, PEOPLE!! I know everyone is anxious about this - as you should be - but everyone needs to chill on this.
