It means that the judge is directly defying an act of Congress which explicitly extended jurisdiction.

This is the Florida State Supreme Court, not the Federal Court. You need to ask the moderators to update the title before all you know what breaks loose here.

No, just to clarify, this is not an order from the Federal District Court. This is an FL. Sup. Ct. issued order dealing with the earlier petition filed with the FL Supreme Ct. by the House of Rep. attys.
