Destro, You are looking at this entirely too simplistically.

What needs to be compared here is what her state was prior to going there.

She has had multiple years of abject neglect.

She has deteriorated due to intentional negligent care.

We need to know what her status was prior to all the attempts to starve her to death were made.

Michael has absolute control over the years of records when she was being actively rehabilitated. Nobody can look at those.

What? Are you serious? I have never seen such a range of conspiracy theories on a news subject since 9/11. 19 courts including the Supereme Court have reviewd this case and upheld the FLorida State Court findings.

Terri isn't a diabetic. If you give insulin to a nondiabetic, their blood sugar will drop.

It does not kill instantly.

What it will do is cause further brain injury or coma.

I have been listening to the Boston area talk hosts, both W supporters, who are going on about how wrong the anti-starvation folks are, and some of the things they are saying are just head-shaking. And these guys should know better.

This case has people on both sides acting DAFFY.

Actually, starvation would get them thrown in jail, and the Pro_Deathers would be livid with hatred of the "fundamentalists". And rightfully so.

IMO, this entire case is about protecting Right to Die in the courts, and possibly Roe v. Wade. The judges know exactly what a law based ruling would do to their ideological position. And that, to them, is unacceptable.

-MICHAEL's Judge GREER had a gag order put on any positive statements about TERRI's condition, preventing her nurses from coming forward publically till now
