The kid was 16?....This woman is in BIG trouble.......
Only in Mass. would one have to register pepper spray as a firearm. How stupid can these people get?
Personally... I don't blame the lady. Maybe the 16 year old will learn something from the thing.
She should have just had an affair with him. Then she would not get in trouble.
Pepper spray is considered a firearm in Massachusetts? Why am I not surprised.
Speechless at first.
I would have shot the lil Sh*t
Note to 16 year old. Crazy looking lady is holding pepper spray and demading that you not speak anymore. Best option may be to shut your mouth for a while.
OK, the flip-out over the blocked car was a bit over the top!
But frankly, I'd like to see some more serious "retribution" as this woman handed out to some of those kids. ;-)
More attitudes like this - immediate harsh "punishment" - will keep the scums off the streets, not the namby-pamby roll-over-and-die tactics all the cops and libs tell us to use (and too many have been brainwashed into believing) in pathetic desperate attempts to save 1 butt.
While all this was going on, student Joey Cataldo, 16, came out to the parking lot to find Needs' Honda blocking his car. He asked her to move her car, but she refused, and after a short argument, she pepper-sprayed him in the face. "She kept telling me just to not say another word," Cataldo told the Boston Globe.
I hope he sues her into next week.
While I don't blame her for getting out and chasing the snowball throwers, I think the tire iron and pepper spray were a little over the top.
The pepper spray on the 16 year old was WAAAYYY over the top.
we had a kid here in MN hit some others with his car because
they threw snowballs at his car.
it's a mad,mad,mad world.
Wonder if it was in the passanger compartment or in the trunk?
Thinking about it, she's hosed either way. Having it in the passanger comaprtment implies she keeps it there as a weapon. Going into the trunk means she didn't think about it while she had a chance.
Dumb bitch.
The last time I had some kids throw snowballs at my car, I got out and chased the little brats and threw some snowballs back while the chase was on !!!
Which then turned into a big snowball fight between me , a friend who was with me , and about five kids ( pre-teens, like 12 years , or in that range ). But I had an absolute blast !!
Unfortunately, me and my friend were outgunned by arms and a good supply of pre-made(?) snowballs and got pelted pretty bad from the kids. But I still had a good time.
It is those kids that make "iceballs" that ruin the whole deal.
I know the chase is really the best part of snowballing cars. I did it when I was a kid and used to love getting chased by the drivers.
We used to also take trashcans , fill them up with packed snow, and dump them in the street making a big "snow wall" blocking the street. Once the cars stopped, and the drivers got out to kick down the wall to get by, they were easy prey !
: )
That would be assault.
