Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

All it's people does not. Perhaps the judiciary and legislators and people who were too self absorbed to be bothered...but we have not all failed the test. Even Congress went out of its way to help.

Hope everyone read the Empire Journal's article today on her CT scan. CT was normal on the day of "collaspe" and the next day. It wasn't until the 30th that it became abnormal.
Piss off troll. I am not the one the hit "abuse". But once again we have another mind reader that thinks they know everything.

Sadly, most people do not know history. Thanks for the link. I guess I'd have to include myself in the lack of knowledge of history.
While, I am very aware of what you speak, until yesterday I did not realize, that an American wrote a book in the 1920's, that Germany used to put their hellish plan in operation. That tidbit made me very sick, in light of what's happening to Terri.
Does anyone know if Gibbs filing to Judge Whittemore is available online?
I'm so sad about the latest developement. I actually thought Judge Whittemore would approve the de nova for Terri. Especially since I have read, the Judge himself, made the request to Gibbs to re-file. ???? I don't understand what is going on.
