Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

Starving am innocent person to death is considered a good thing? Did they enjoy the burning of innocents in WACO while eating a bowl of popcorn? This too, was sanctioned by the US Govt and Judges because those holy zealots were considered evil.
Tarantulas and the rest of the posters that would prefer death by man than to die natural, we are not trying to take this "right" away from you. Trust me when I say , I personally can't think of a better group of people that should have their wishes granted. Go have your living wills done and I'm sure your love ones will appreciate not having a guilty conscience when they feel their inheritance is more important than carrying for you. Please for all of us, GET THE LIVING WILL DONE. In fact, why not just end it now. I mean we are all going to die sometime so why not now? Why wait till some misfortune may hit? Why put yourself thru any discomfort? Go ahead, starve yourself now, I can promise society will be better for it. Please if your living will has not been done, do it today. God forbid if anyone should make you live one more day than you should be allowed. PLEASE DO IT NOW, I BEG YOU!!!!
Why has the National Organization of Women been so quiet on this. I checked their website and there's no mention of her at all. Not surprised, just curious.
Pegita, there was a poster last night that posted a Jewish Prayer. The poster said you can go to aish.com and the prayer would be placed [free] in the Western Wall in Israel.

Brother Paul O'Donnell on Fox has been saying that the family pretty well knew last night that the judge would deny their request because the judge told them to go home and eat, and get a good night's rest as he was going to take his time going through everything.
Michael said he did it to both his parents. It's in the LKL transcripts

So are you acromion? Seeing that you just signed up, that seems likely. I have enough faith in my beliefs to defend them without having to ask the admins to boot someone I don't agree with. I suspect someone else asked the admin to kick you because of your poor attitude and lack of respect as a newbie.
The problem is, what they are doing is NOT ILLEGAL...that's the real problem.
And as long as that is true, there will be other Terris.

I agree with your post. However, there are a FEW GOOD MEN left in power, such as Rep Delay and Rep Weldon.
I'll never forget Rep Delay's emotional words this past weekend as he fought to help Terri. I believe he really cares about Terri as well as a few other fine Congressmen.
America will no longer be America, if Terri is not helped.
