"We've already seen that not even the Governor or President can violate a court order."

I think the area (county?) medical examiner can order an autopsy before allowing cremation - a judge cannot overrule this. In light of allegations of abuse, it should be done.
Don't hold your breath though.

No one could be a medical examiner in Pinellas County and live to tell about anything unless he were in the pocket of George W. Greer et al.

I like that idea - medical examiner.

Since we don't know how far the corruption has spread, does the medical examiner have to be from the state of FL?

I wonder if the legal minds mentioned this to The Schindler's.
