He's right. All those guns, all that killing. It's terrible!

They play the same game with Prez Bush. No matter what he does, it's wrong. It's simply called "moving the goalposts". GWB or the US military could find a cure for cancer and the left would in turn complain that the cure cost too much or doesn't cure everything, etc.
Using this method, the Left can compile a long list of percieved "failures" by their opposition without any effort on their behalf.

Get hold of the book "Dereliction of Duty" for a SCATHING read from a retired AF LTC and former Clinton WH Mil Aide of what he thinks of all DEMS save Scoop Jackson and Zell Miller. He holds them in lower regard than you (and I for that matter) do.

Char,
Funny how our high school kids seem to get it right. At our recent spring chorus concert, choreographed and performed entirely by the kids, one whole section was in honor of the men and women of the United States Armed Services. When the young narrator expressed the thanks of the students and asked veterans and those still serving "from ALL wars" to stand (and quite a few did) I've never been so proud of my daughter, who had a hand in the writing of the program.

I read Buzz Patterson's
"Dereliction Of Duty" when it first hit the market, SandRat. I didn't think that Billy and Hill could sink any lower before reading the book.
I was very, very wrong.
Jack.
