Eat the top ONLY. That's what I do. Always make sure you order an extra-large so that there's enough to fill you up.

"The Enormous Omelet Sandwich carries 730 calories and 47 grams of fat and comes with two eggs, sausage, three strips of bacon and two slices of melted American cheese on a bun. It's heftier than a Whopper hamburger, which weighs in at 700 calories and 42 grams of fat.",Sounds great!
Anyone want to join me for breakfast at B.K. tomorrow?

its no fun for me to go to those places and eat their stuff without the bunsYou're not missing anything. The quality of the bread in BK buns is just awful. As soon as juices from the burger hit this material, it turns to a slimy paste and literally disintegrates in your hands. Yuck.

Can't find the Western Omelet Croissan'wich on the BK site, but they list an egg, ham & cheese croissan'wich--25 carbs (22 carbs in the croissant).

"Hell, I only eat about 1,000 calories a day. My body would reject this."
Why? It's only 730 calories a day. You could eat one a day and lose weight. and think of all the time you would save. All your calorie needs in one fast convenient stop.
People waste so much time feeding their faces with low calorie non nutritious food. It's like they have nothing better to do than eat. sheesh.... what a bunch of cows.

De-bun that puppy and I'm all over it. Hey, it's low-carb. :)
And if I ever do decide to fall off my low-carb diet, I know where I'm going to do it!

I wish we had Hardee's here in Texas. We picked up one of their low carb burgers while on vacation---it was fantastic!

Why the hell would anyone take a perfectly good omelet and put bread around it?

We should get hold of some BK coupons for a few of these things, and send them to Judge Greer in Florida. Ordering people to be starved to death really works up an appetite, and something like this is sure to hit the spot!

43 grams of carbs x 4 cal/gram= 172 calories from carbs out of 730.
That means only 23% of the calories are from carbs. Not too bad.

Removing the calories from fat and carbs, I get appx. 34 g of protein, too. Skip the bun, and you've got a nice 4 carb breakfast (though it is higher in fat than I'd like, even on low-carb).

Still too many carbs for a low carb diet. If you dump the bun then you massively lower the carbs.
