The President or the Governor can write an executive order to get Terri into a hospital immediately. It is not breaking any law to do so.

If they do, what's to stop a governor or president from issuing an executive order to have you taken into custody and hospitalized, against your spouse's wishes, just because a group of protesters demands it?

The saving of an innocent life is NOT an illegal act, and whenever the state takes life, it cheapens life. Moreover, either the Governor or the President has the power to issue that EO.
