They were outgunned. They just wanted to take care of their daughter.That's where you figure somebody in charge will step in and prevent a court-sanctioned murder. Unfortunately, "somebody" could only shrug his shoulders and say there is nothing he can do. The county probate judge will not be denied this murder, this demonstration of his power over life and death.
