Three cheers for the judge's church! There is only 1 God allowed in that brave church. As for a judge being too proud to admit a mistake I believe that is a required job qualification.

This case was a common sense case. All he had to do was REALLY look at the facts. Why didn't he question Michael more about why he waited 7 years to say , "Oh, by the way, my wife never wanted to be kept alive under these circumstances so I'm going to pull the plug on her".

How in the hell can a person sit on very important information like that and then expect her family to be just dandy with it? He gave her parents the false impression for 7 years that Terri would be kept alive. As soon as Terri was supposedly diagnosed with PVS he should have told her parents right then and there what her supposed wishes were. The courts should have done a thorough investigation on Michael before ever letting him take the role of executioner.

Because of the courts gross negligence and utter incompetence Terri will die. We all will never what truly happened in that marriage or what Terri really wanted.

The one thing that has kept me going through all of this (besides prayer) is the knowledge that Greer, Felos, Schiavo, et al., are going to have to answer to a higher judge and authority when they die their "peaceful" deaths.

Right on! I know Southern Baptists too. If I were a member of the judge's congregation, I would demand he be expelled and, if not, I would resign my membership in that church. I want to hear more of the details of that church's story.

Actually, he should be in church. Asking forgiveness.

It is frightening what these activist judges are doing to this country. They ignore the law, ignore congress and get away with it.

Judge Greer joins that Death group that advocates killing babies (abortion), killing elderly and sick (euthanasia), and now killing disabled people. I am afraid their definition of who should die will expand in the coming years. This may sound extreme but look at the trend.

I have a disabled daughter and when they start coming for her we will leave this country I have loved all my life.

He gets no sympathy from me...if he wants to play dictator and actively take steps to usurp the power of the duly elected govenor and state legislature, let him him enjoy the same scrutiny and invective as any other public official
