Good report... indeed...
If the Bush(administration) touches any of the protesters in any way.. there will be hell to pay BY THE PARTY.. not Bush..
This issue WILL end up being his legacy if he isn't careful..
i.e. the issue that brought the republican party down.. and the democrats know it.. Their traitors but their not stupid..

I forgot to add that in addition to the rallies (in which I participated today) there were several patrols out in the desert. I spoke to one of the organizers who ran some of the patrols and found that they had not encountered illegals in the areas that are normally swarming with them Between the blatant propaganda that has been flowing down in Mexico (TV images of "gringos" shooting schoolchildren, etc.) and the increased presence of BP and UBP in the area, I suspect that many illegals are sitting it out this month. Hopefully, the OTMs are sitting it out as well.

The news channels do not want more Americans joining the Minutemen at the border. That is why there has been the MMP blockade.

Now, wait for Minuteman Project II. Yes, it is already being discussed by the organizers. Start saving your pennies now. You're going to want to come down and be a part of it, I'm sure. I don't know any details, but I have a feeling that this will occur in multiple locations all across the entire southern border.

Once again the loony liberals are proven wrong. Keep up the good work :)

Thanks for the pix link. That's a bit too graphic intensive for my poor ole 56K dialup line.
Maybe someday we'll have cable or DSL out here in the country :)

Did you talk to Charles Heller? I listened a bit while I was driving; he had a great show.

AP News ItemTodd Evans, at left, of Cochise County, Ariz., talks to other demonstrators protesting outside of the Douglas, Ariz., Border Patrol Station Saturday, April 2, 2005. More than 100 supporters of the Minuteman Project, which will use civilians to patrol the Arizona-Mexico border for illegal immigrants and smugglers, picketed the station near the border. (AP Photo/Tom Hood) A few corrections to the caption. Evans was leading the rally participants in various chants, not "talking" to them. Second, the rally participants were not "picketing" the station. Instead they were holding a rally outside the station supporting the Border Patrol but decrying Washington's mishandling of border security.

Law enforcement was VERY supportive. The border patrol was grinning ear to ear and many sheriff deputies said they supported us.

Any sign of the Mexican Army that is supposed to be across the border from ya'll? The word I've heard from Ft Huachucha is that this would be a very, VERY bad time for them to try anything stupid.
