NEIC doesn't show it but EMSC has it as a mb6.3 offshore the peninsula that's East of Tokyo Bay; not really all THAT near Tokyo.
Likely not that big a deal.
5-6 on the Richter scale is a nuisance. 5-6 on the Japanese Shindo scale would mean major damage.
Nothing at the USGS list of most recent earthquakes, and they seem to have included ones past the time of your post.
I wonder what it was they felt in Tokyo.
