"Last year, too many people were denied their right to vote; too many who tried to vote were intimidated" Name one, Senator Kerry. Name one, single, solitary "intimidated voter."
If the New York Times was an actual newspaper, they'd be asking that question.

Notice how whenever people make these types of claims nobody ever manages to produce the leaflets. I mean they could at least have CBS type up something errr I mean discover the leaflet from an anonymous source.

"Leaflets are handed out saying Democrats vote on Wednesday, Republicans vote on Tuesday," Mr. Kerry said."
Well, let us see the leaflets, John. (Real evidence like this never seems to be forthcoming)
To: neverdem
He cited examples of trickery. "Leaflets are handed out saying Democrats vote on Wednesday, Republicans vote on Tuesday," Mr. Kerry said. "People are told in telephone calls that if you've ever had a parking ticket, you're not allowed to vote."
Only really stupid people would fall for those alleged tricks. Is Kerry trying to say that the really stupid people would have voted for him?
Note to Democrats: You lost fair and square. Get over it. As your leading Bush-hating organization is named, Moveon.

"...trickery and intimidation..." Actually, he's right about that. There are examples...
Trickery?
How about when an MSM network hawked FORGED memoranda purporting that President Dubya might have (gasp) missed a flight physical, etc? Does that qualify for "trickery" John, old buddy?
Intimidation?
"Therefore, the motivations are still there for what happened to be repeated," OBL, Oct-04. Quite a little threat, n'est ce pas?
Please allow me to switch gears just slightly.
Mister Kerry continuously goes out of his way to show just why he is uniquely UNFIT for the high office of the Presidency. Mister Kerry is demonstrating that he prefers childish, petulant slur slinging rather than demonstrating what a super solon he might be. You see, a big part of diplomacy is not putting folks on the defensive by transparent accusations, and for gosh sakes, NOT WHINING!
Clearly, in the Big Leagues of international diplomacy, Kerry would be eaten alive (and WE would be up the Whitewater River with out a paddle).
Just where is the gun totin', bird huntin', football throwin', regular guy that had all those "plans"?

In other news, judge Greer heard these complaints from John Kerry and overturned the national election.

I personally didn't watch the news or listen to the radio until about 8:00pm EST. And I'm glad!! I don't think I could have taken the initial polls.

I liked the ones used in the movie Signs. They looked like Hershey Kisses and were more stylish.

"People are told in telephone calls that if you've ever had a parking ticket, you're not allowed to vote." Only a government-educated Democrat would be stupid enough to fall for any of these.

The leaflets and phone calls described sound a lot like the usual Dimocrat dirty tricks.
People who fell for the ruse, who might have been dissuaded from voting b/c of leaflets and phone calls, do not deserve to vote, based on their sheer stupidity.
