If having a brain was an impeachable offense, Charlie would still be safe.

You're in the House, Charlie. You can file the impeachment motions any time you like, so what are you waiting for?

Leave congress and go into voiceover work, Charlie. It's where your true talents lie.
Imagine listening to the audio book of a James Michener book read by Charlie Rangel? Around hour 37 you'd be perforating your own ear drums.

Top House Democrat Charlie Rangel said this week that President Bush had committed an "impeachable offense" by trying to destroy the Social Security retirement system, calling Bush's reform plan "a fraud." Uh, yeah, sure. Politicians from both parties have spent every red cent of the Social Security surplus. Bush is willing to admit that the trust fund is worthless. Rangel says otherwise. But Bush is the one committting fraud.

This is a joke, right???
Ah, but lets remember that Charlie Rangel is the representative that presented a bill to bring back the draft, and when the REP. majority leader called for it to be voted on, Rangel voted AGAINST IT!!!
All Rangel is, is a buffoon like Sharpton, McKinney, Hinchey, Kucinich and other representatives that like to make their money off of the public dole, so they play to their constituency just as often as they can, to keep the $$$$ rolling in....
