"The Republican's sea change is the only one that has tended toward the current and historical ideas and principles of the average American voter and that is why they are enlarging their voter base every year and why the Democrats, tending to represent radical, fringe groups are losing theirs."

Hell's bells, the DNC is a radical fringe group. Those twits made Dean the Scream the head honcho of their screwball organisation.

Well yeah, John Kerry wanted to give a nation demanding Israel's extermination, Iran, nuclear weapons. Any Jewish person voting against Bush was not very well informed. Or pretty damned stupid. Of course, that statement could pertain to anyone who voted for that a$$.

The increasing anti-Semitism amongst the Dems will continue to accelerate the departure of Jews from the Dems, which will lead to more anti-Semitism, which will lead to more departures, etc.

We are middle America. The only reason we look far right to the DemocRATS is that they are literally falling off the left edge of the political spectrum.

Keyword PRACTICING. The secular Jews are heavily leftist.

... as are non-practicing Catholics and many Christians. Don't mean to generalize, I'm just commenting on the article.

On 9-11 the left fully realized the hatred of radical islam towards America, and so decided to align themselves with them. This hatred includes Israel, so Israel, too must be opposed by the left. In this light, why would any religious Jew vote democrat?

So glad to see it. And the operative word here is PRACTICING Jew - not bogus social/cultural Jews or anyone else who considers themselves Jewish but doesn't demonstrate any commitment to the religion and doesn't accept Jewish values.

I'm glad we're waking up. It's been embarrassing. I hate having the religion represented by a bunch of media/Hollywood/liberal politicians and have people believe that's the true face of Judaism when nothing could be further from the truth.

What is amusing about this is the left's contention that the right wants to exterminate Jews. We don't but their islam buddies do.

Will the liberal elite media be equally paranoid about "extreme religious nuts" when they're Jews? Here's a chance for the liberal media to prove they're even handed and unbiased. Will they call Orthodox Jews the "crazies" like they do the evangelicals? Waiting ... waiting ... waiting...

Of course, many in the chattering classes on the left have been yelping about the evil "religious right" dominating the Republican Party for a decade now. But they must have been taken aback by this rise in GOP voters among the left's favorite and most reliable voting block, the US Jewish population.

There's only about 6 million jews in the US.
How many of them are voting age ?
Of those that could vote, how many of them did ?
What effect, if any, did they have on the presidential election ?
I'm guessing...not much.
The relevance is, another voting group turned away from it's party. I am also guessing that that is only temorary.

My sentiments exactly. I will never understand how anyone could have voted for this empty suit and then gone home to look at themselves in the mirror. They'd have to have viewed a donkey's rear end. I honestly can't say which Democrat candidate was more transparently phony - Gore or Kerry......or the Clintons, for that matter. They were also as false as they come.

"The secular Jews are heavily leftist.

What they don't get is that the rising, deliberate anti-semitism of the radical liberal left also includes THEM! They're Jews, too. The best interests of secular Jews are NOT being served by pro-Arab, pro-PLO liberal Democrats any more than the interests of the black voting block are.

Joe Lieberman seems to be the only liberal Dem who understands what is at stake. Like Zell Miller, Lieberman should bolt that party and come over onto our side. Both of them would be welcomed with open arms.........unlike Jumpin' Jim Jeffords who bolted into "neverland."

It is amazing that people who go to church and are, therefore, interested in morals as an important issue vote Republican, isn't it?

The Dems have no morals. They are the kings of situational ethics.

If one half of practicing Jews voted (R) then does that mean that at least 60% of Jews are non-practicing if one surmises that all Jews who voted (R) were practicing?

sounds curious especially given that at least some of the Jews who voted (R) had to be non-practicing and then the total number of Jews who are non-practicing would be even higher.

I've known scores of Jews from around the world and while I think they practice less than say Southern Baptists, I don't think that only 1 in 4 or so Jews practices. All I have known at least celebrated holy days and even knew what Purim was.

These sheeple believe the ignorant statements these traitorous scuzz spout. They not only are able to face themselves, they actually put their mugs on polaroids saying how sorry they were. Stupid is as stupid does.
