Apparently 80% of us are. We are the percentage of Americans who want the borders closed. We are the American people and we have spoken. That's what I love about America, the people have spoken. I just love that phrase "the people have spoken". And yet, I could repeat it again "we the people of America have spoken". Has a nice ring to it!

I thought only chicks could be BushBots.
I was on the border today, Sunday from Nogales almost to Douglas Arizona. Saw lots of MM and ACLU types. The MM are polite, organized and according to some I spoke with have been successful in stopping border crossers to a trickle.
Please God that they grow and expand along the entire border.
We need them.
We can't afford a guest worker program. We have so many illegals and too many immigrants, legal or illegal, depress wages and pull too hard on the social fabric.
What about the BashBots?
I don't have an expecially high opinion for folk who don't keep up with the truth!
Rep. Tom Tancredo's advice that House Majority Leader Tom DeLay should consider stepping aside while ethics charges against him are resolved received wall-to-wall coverage on the Sunday morning news shows - which all but ignored Tancredo's main point: that the DeLay allegations "lack merit" and were "trumped up."
In a statement posted to his official web site Friday, the Colorado Republican emphasized the that he believed that the DeLay scandal was a bogus partisan witchunt: "I believe that all of the charges against Tom DeLay I have seen to date lack merit. I believe they are being leveled in the hopes of brining him down, and with him the Republican Majority," he began.
Only then did Tancredo suggest that it "may be a productive move" for DeLay to take a "temporary" leave of absence, saying:
"However if the Majority Leader were to temporarily step aside so that these trumped up charges can be dealt with in a less hostile environment, as they have proven to be an unnecessary distraction, it may be a productive move.
But that didn't stop the media from misreporting Tancredo's comments, suggesting that the Colorado Republican wanted DeLay to permanently resign.
There is no such thing as a "temporary" stepping aside in DC. You know that and tancredo knows that, but nice try at putting a happy face on tancredo's backstabbing.
So, how do you feel about Tom Tancredo?
Delay has been one of the most effective whips in REPUBLICAN history. That is why the Dims want him gone. I do not agree with Tancredo on everything, but 'baby" and "bathwater" both come to mind...
Tancredo = TORRICELLI
Sounds like the MMK have failed miserably and are about to pack up the camp and pretend like it never happened.
Tancredo for President!
Hmmm....no replies. Ha!
