Well so far people have seen the Virgin Mary on toast - pancakes - fried eggs - on living room walls when the liqour store across the street had their neon sign on - on sides of buildings - on underpasses - with that many sightings who can say it is not the real deal?

A miraculous manifestation of the Virgin Mary. A good example is the miracle of Guadalupe.
This "miracle" has a natural explanation, but people are free to believe what they want.

Saying that we obtain everything through Mary goes well beyond just "honoring her as the Mother of Jesus."

For this is His will, that we obtain everything through Mary."
