US District Judge Leonie Brinkema said Moussaoui was capable. She complimented the defendant, saying he was an "extremely intelligent man.

Complimented?
I doubt that was a compliment and if it was is this woman must be a liberal!

Didn't they give Mumia the keys to the city of Paris? I would expect no less for Moussaoui!

So NOW he's not willing to die for his "cause"?

Not a very dedicated suicide-murderer, are we?

S'matter?, afraid to die if you can't take out some innocents in the process.

The U.S. could fund a big chunk of the War on Terror through an eBay auction for the right to beat this POS to death with a Louisville Slugger...

Oh, he doesn't want the death penalty? BS. He would like nothing better than to be a martyr for "Allah" and bin Bombed-to-oblivion. Reverse Psych ya dig? I say, Prison for life, no Parole, and HARD labor; the pointless kind. Like breaking rocks over and over again. For the next 50 years. Make sure they feed him well, no sense letting him go off to Allah too soon, make him PAY in this lifetime. There are things worse than death. Women's panties on the head comes to mind...

The martyrdom of Moussaoui has officially begun. If we had just put him in front of a military tribunal, we could have quickly and quietly tried him, found him guilty, and put him to death. The leftists would have screamed and howled for a while, but they wouldn't have been able to bring him back from the dead, and only a few people would have even taken notice of their antics.

But no, we had to give him over to the liberal federal courts, where the media could turn him into a rock star, and let the commies of the world promote him as the latest victim of US "imperialism."

Desired end for Mr. Mouss--owie (with W's "9/14/01 and after" remarks added for emphasis):

Firing squad.
("I can hear you...")

On National television.
("The rest of the world hears you.")

Survivors of 9/11 victims able to attend if they desire. ("And the people who knocked these buildings down will hear all of us soon.")

Next...Hussein...Sadr...Bin Laden...Zarqawi......Tent grenade boy...
("I say, 'bring 'em on.")

To whom will France protest his sentence to Hell?

The obvious answer would presume facts not in evidence, such as their belief in God.

This is nearly four years after 9/11 and this trial is still not resolved!

Is there any better and more compelling example than the endless Moussaoui trial for keeping these foreign terrorists from clogging our court systems by prosecuting them like criminals as the Liberals want to do?

Can anybody imagine the endless chaos that would ensue if we were to try just the Guantanamo detainees alone in court - not to mention the expense of paying the lawyers for both sides?

I'd say let him starve to death but think the executioner needs to slip a little pig blood into his IV along with the "night night" juice...and let Moussaoui see him do it.

Since there will be no trial on guilt who decides whether Moussoui gets the death penalty?
