Good questions. I don't know why VT elects so many libs, but they are a central part of the liberal northeast corridor.

You make a good point. But Brian Dubie has won only one statewide election. Was his victory a showing of strength or a reflection of the weakness of the 'Rat candidate?

He has been elected twice. In the most recent election the local media praised the hell out of him for how he represented the usually invisible office of Lt Governor.
