Maybe our President is finally feeling the heat of, and the responsibility to, the American citizenry, when it comes to the world "Mexican"...

R-e-e-a-l-l-y s-l-o-w newsday! After the pope's "inaugural" mass, what else is there?
I know when I was married, my ex was happy not to go with me to my girlfriends' weddings.

Since this is a wedding of the swells, I'll bet Presidente Fox will be there, also.
I wonder if he dances the Hokey-Pokey?

Is the Mexican ambassador marrying a foreign national from Mexico? That would seem to present a problem to me if it's the case. Ambassadors are privy to top secret information that flows through the embassy to the CIA, etc.

Now the question is, how long before Free Republic's resident spammer comes here and posts his copy & pasted BS that he fills every thread with.

I wonder if he [Prez Fox] dances the Hokey-Pokey?Seriesly, I think you can get your Mexican citizenship revoked for doing that. :-)

right you are...but this is not an unimportant post.
the fact that the president of the united states did NOT go is newsworthy.
the ambassador is one of his best buds.

If I am not mistaken, the President has the Saudi leader visiting.
A bit more important than the wedding, is it not?

Must really be a slow news day....... Nah, the Texas Rangers are playing the N.Y. Yankees this afternoon. I'm sure that after church, he's going to stay home, invite the boys over, watch it on his HD plasma screen, grill a few brats, and tap a keg.
It's a great Sunday afternoon in Crawford!
