We should all be more concerned with this crazy ruling, not just what court it came from. It could start happening everywhere!

Frankly, I'm shocked MD doesn't make more national news w/the dumba$$ things we do here.
I guess FL is just more high-profile since every1 thinks of it as vacationland. ;-)
The truth is it is scary how FL has had so many weird things happening lately. I correct myself - not since the elections, but since Elian...or wait, since the German-tourist shootings....
As far as courts, it's beginning to rival the San Francisco area and 9th Circus in that regard.
