It seems that when artists don't make it in their own community, they become like a dejected Castro cut from MLB.
These fools would bring the REAL blight that encompases the rest of the world into our daily lives.
I remember one airport conversation with a vistor/tourist leaving the usa. he said the biggest surprise he had about the USA was how CLEAN our cities are. (!)
These hippies will not be happy untile the whole world is poverty squalor ruled by a USSR style elites.
No, it's true. Artists are notoriously ignorant about the hazards of solvents, ground pigments, pottery glazes, etc. When I was in school taking studio painting, I tried to open the windows to get some fresh air so that I wouldn't keel over from the fumes of 30 coffee cans full of (cheap) paint thinner. The teacher told me to close it so the air conditioning wouldn't escape. My solution was to escape and paint at home.
Probably turpentine fumes at that..Gah!
PETA has me marked as a PITA already.........:o)
Stay safe !
