I heard somehwere that he ended up in this country because his father was an illegal immigrant. The father apparently killed or tried to kill someone here.

All I know is that little Samantha was not his first victim. He should've been locked up long ago.

Yes, he had other victims, two daughters of his girlfriend. And the jury let him off. Also, he had a slick lawyer who lied.

This is such a horror story that no punihsment is enough.
