WASHINGTON, April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The Grand Canyon, the Statue of Liberty, and Yellowstone National Park are the clear front-runners in a national survey conducted by the Travel Industry Association of America (TIA) that asked Americans to name the top American treasures they would like to visit. Hope you got your free ice water and saw the exhibit of the singing cowboys and prarie dogs! Glad to see you mention the Green Giant, which is not far from the Spam Museum in Austin, MN (and a short drive to Clear Lake, Iowa, the Buddy Holly/Ritchie Valens/Big Bopper death site.)
The free ice water came in very handy. The temperature, the day I was there, reached 100+ if I recall correctly.
