I heard him on the Howie Carr show. He's very well spoken and down to earth. Lots of people called in just to thank him for being a "nice guy in the neighborhood". He's got my vote.

Lost in Space and Johnny Ringo? Make it lost in Massachusetts and RIP Johnny Ringo on Nob hill. Hell, Kennedy could be reelected in Massachusetts if he were six feet under.
Ted Kennedy was elected to the Senate in 1962. He will die there. The last Rep senator filling his seat was Henry Cabot Lodge (1947-53). Kerry is more vulnerable but still virtually unbeatable.

It wouldn't be impossible to beat Teddy Kennedy. Very difficult, I agree, but the bloom is off the rose. For a couple of decades any kennedy could win any election, but in recent years they have started to lose.
Teddy is getting old, he is getting fat and ugly, and he can hardly be said to have much "mystique" left. The right candidate could very possibly beat him. I agree that it wouldn't hurt at all to be handsome and attractive. I never heard of Goddard, but it sounds like a good idea to me. Most current Massachusetts Republicans are pretty hopeless.

Start him running. Maybe the pickled liver will reach room temperature before election day. Maybe the Mass. idiots will notice the difference. Maybe the Mass. Supremes won't rule that the corpse is adequately preserved to last out another term without spoilage (I'm sure some alleged GOP Senator would agree to pair his vote with the corpse for the duration.)

If he doesn't run, could Paul Cellucci beat Ted.
