Amen. "Inmate justice" is an oxymoron. We can not rely on lawbreakers to apply justice for us. In addition, no one deserves rape as punishment. No one.

The guilty deserve a fair trial (to determine the truth in the matter, not to get them off) and a certain, but not tortuous, execution.

Well, if we insist on rape as a punishment, we ought to do it in a duly prescribed manner, at a time and under circumstances dictated by law, not some horny prison goon. I can just hear the judge reading the sentence now: "You will be taken from here to the place whence you came and from thence to a place of violation, where you will be buggered in the rectum until you are dead. And may God have mercy upon your hole ... I mean, your soul."
