And our nasty pic posting friend as well, he's just an extreme example of it.
But it has been going on.
I will, as well, be keeping my eyes open further.

please record its exact URL,
post#,
poster's UserID,
the UserID of the one to whom it is posted,
the full and unedited content of the post
keep a file of these records on your own personal computers.
periodically, we shall have to do a round-robin of file-sharing for comparison and investigation.
I would advocate a strict policy of non-engagement for all such posts save the most unquestionably villainous.
rows and flamewars will not get the job done.
keeping records, establishing patterns, letting them hang themselves through such patterns... this, I think, is the game for now.
