He stated his reasons. He knows they will make a mockery of her final resting place. They will use it in the media. Don't you think she's had enough? And yes, I think he's been a much "classier" guy than the parents.

How he comported himself is class?????

more like "class", just take of the first two letters.

You guys are unbelievable!!!!

"Let's just throw that out and listen to a faux conservative like Krauthammer."

No, it means that since Michael was no longer living with Terri--and in fact had a "de facto" marital relationship with another woman, her parents should naturally have had the final say. Marriages come and go, but parenthood lasts for ever. Keep in mind, too, that it is possible for a spouse to have nefarious intent towards another spouse, but unthinkable for a parent to have nefarious intent towards a child. IMHO if parents are still alive, THEY should be the final arbiters of a disabled childs health matters, NOT the spouse.

Could any one who is praising Mark Fuhrman tell me why, if he had all this information, he didn't come forward with it while Terri was alive? After all the book is being released just under 3 months after her death. Surely he had all this information earlier.

I read last night on Newsmax that Mark Furhman is investigating Terri Schiavo's case.

"But he won't defy a Court Order and he won't flushed her ashes down the commode"

Don't be so sure. It's widely established that MS was a wife-beater (against the law in all 50 states). Since he has already broken one law, why do you think he'll not break another one. Besides, even if he is convicted of violating a court order by destroying TS' remains, what would the punishment be? 50 hours of feeding the homeless or picking up papers along the road? Big deal.

>Krauthammer is a faux Conservative? Then Peggy Noonan, Mark Steyn, Fred Barnes, Tom DeLay, Jeb Bush, President Bush, etc. must be "faux" ...

Under the new rules,
I believe all those people
are just Nazis thugs . . .

"Andrea Pia Yates."

Bad analogy. She was insane.

But from what I can tell, Michael Schiavo has made no plans of a memorial for Terry as of yet
That's my point..... This article seems to be assuming somethings such as the ashes have been interred when their is absolutely no proof of that at this stage or a memorial service.

It flushed out the CINO's.

It gave a new meaning to "situational ethics".

Michael Schiavo is under court order to notify the Schindlers of his plans for a memorial service.

There in lies the rub. It says his "plans for a memorial service". If he's not had one?

Personally, if I ever found where MS buried TS' ashes, I'd be tempted to dig them up and return them to her parents. Even if I were caught, it would be a misdemeanor. BFD!

Nope. I can't imagine why Michael's staying quiet about the burial site. No siree.

Terri's parents brought it to the nation's attention. If you feel it isn't any of your business, ignore it.
