We need a rating system....known-good-poster kind of thing. You earn your posting privvys over time. Posts per day or something. Consensus of "abuse" tags reduces your posting privs (replies, not just new posts).
The vanity police could then have some say.

Clear the cache, go to windows temp folder and windows temp internet files...
I think that would be the only places they would be but I'm not an expert.
