It's interesting what you pick up from an article that doesn't specificly address illegal immigration. 70% is about right, when it comes to Mexico's portion of our illegal immigration, but you'd have to kill someone to get that info, unless you happen to read a periferal issue article such as this one.

Dan, I have been on another thread about NAFTA. I did a little research and ran across the NAFTA website. I was on that site yesterday and went back today.
They put up something new today. A borderless map of North America. This map is a 'guide to migrants workers". It tells a little about Mexican social security. One has to work in Mexico 24 years before being eligible for benefits.

This guide by the Secretariat of NAFTA explains that workers without papers are eligible for benefits. It informs them how to find migrant health clinics. As if they already don't know that everything is free.
