FoxNews is referring to the grenade incident as a "developing story". FWIW.
Good Evening everybody!

LOL, now you don't have to wonder anymore!
I'm no fashionista myself, preferring jeans and T-shirts, but I think Mrs. Georgia and Mrs. Putin could learn a thing or two about fashion from Laura. She always looks great.

...some of our founding fathers were about that age.Thomas Jefferson was quite young when he wrote the Declaration of Independence. On the other end of the scale, Benjamin Franklin was quite elderly, yet he went through the period of declaring independence, the war, and the Constitutional Convention. He lived just long enough to see the Constitution ratified.

I heard the President of Georgia is American educated AND a big fan of Dubya! I heard that on Fox today.
Have you ever noted how often a leader emerges in another country and those words are part of his resume, "educated in America"? It really amazes me. It's got to be one of the best ways to inculcate into a young person / future leader the true essentials of a republic form of government, and the free enterprise system which supports it.

Thank you -- just barely rescued my pooch a bit ago. Ran out of the office about two hours ago, rushed home, grabbed my small black terrier mix pup out of the yard, through him into the P/U and drove to the car wash to shelter the truck just as a nasty thunderstorm let loose. Couple of golf-ball sized hail stones hit the truck but were squishy. If I had not been stopped by a few traffic lights, I would have missed all damage. Dog dived to the floor as the hail bounced off the top. Amazing how fast this one popped up, hammered us and was gone in less than 30 minutes.

I've seen some little numbers at Steinmart and elsewhere lately (like the Georgian FL's) that are frightning...great Halloween eve costumes, though:)
I can see it hanging on rearview mirror..

Mrs. Georgia is not at all chubby but I think the pom pom scarf / throw / thing would look better (if it
could look better) on a very, very slender, taller woman. IOW, it adds too much bulk to her upper body.
I can't imagine an American wanting to wear pink pom poms to greet a world leader, but perhaps it's an Eastern European thing.

Thanks for the pix Gretchen, they are great. I can never quite feel comfortable when I see pictures of tight, knee-length military boots and goose-stepping though.
