This is called a full running evacuation.
FNC says they saw this once before a few months ago.
FoxNews: Law officials very aggitated, feel something is about to happen. Want rapid evac.

Fox says it does not appear to be a drill.
Police agitated.
They (FoxNews reporters) are saying it is not a drill and people are being ordered to move quickly.
