Doug
Are you going to post photos of the (STB) Widder Rosen? Gas is expensive, don't really want to drive to Cali.

OK, I just stumbled over this on a blog (address posted below)--
Hillary's Lawyer David Kendall has appealed the Superior Court's denial of her Motion to Dismiss under California's Anti-Slapp Rule, to the Appellate Court of California.
http://mensnewsdaily.com/blog/malven/2005/05/hillary-felon-does-hillary-have.html
Apparently, Kendall is claiming, if I understand SLAPPs (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation) correctly, that Peter Paul
is really suing Hillary for participating in the public policy process or for exercising her 1st Amendment Rights. In effect, Hillary's mouthpiece has been claiming that Peter Paul's suit is without merit and should be tossed due to California's anti-SLAPP. legislation.
Know anything about this Appeal?

Peter is suing several people for business fraud, among other things. He was induced to spend almost two million of his own dollars for a business relationship with a soon to be former president.
David BLAH BLAH BLAH Kendall is trying to argue that the First Amendment protects her from being held liable for committing business frauds in order to funder her election to the U.S. Senate. It is ludicrous, and Peter doesn't think it will last too much longer.
The case against the impeached one is moving forward. Even the California Supreme Court has said it has merit.

Don't know. Maybe to keep it focused on Rosen and keep it from becoming a circus. Rosen is entitled to a fair trial w/o regard to juror feelings about Hillary.

I'm not really sure why the judge and prosecutor have decided to insulate HillaryRush was discussing this yesterday with an extra dose of sarcasm.

Spot on, DFU! Good reading, clever. Question: Any proof that Hillary called Smith?
I'm passing along your series to my email list of 8 folks who don't care for the Clintons or the Democratic party. And I'm asking them to pass it along to their friends.

Last series fellow Freeper "mcenedo" asked DFU to add his name to the ping. FYI in case you didn't get the request.
Thanks for the ping. Looking forward to an exciting Friday.......
