actually if they had Jar Jar Binks decapitated and his head put on a pike, THAT would have drawn CHEEEERS.

I'll go see it because it's the only Star Wars we're gonna get. Even a poor Star Wars is better than none at all.

Qui Gon Jinn (sp) said in Star Wars I that Anakin was the chosen one. He's ultimately the good guy because he kills the Emperor at the end of the Empire Strikes Back.
Darth Vader/Anakin was the chosen one, it just didn't work out like everyone (in the fictional Star Wars world) thought it would.
My 9 year old and my 30 something yr old husband can't wait.

John Podhoretz is one of very few voices crying out in the wilderneess...No, nearly all the reviews say the dialog stinks. Fortunately it is irrelevant.

He's been tricked. He's not a villain. He's a schmuck." I may be a schmuck, but I have a nice kitchen. With tiles that coordinate with my eeeevil costume."

No Liam Neeson flashback in this one, I fear?
The fans begged George to include at least a brief flashback of Qui-Gon Jinn in Attack of the Clones.
He ignored the fans, and that pi**ed me off.

Has there ever been a worse dialog writer for successful films than George Lucas? I saw the original Star Wars a couple years after it came out and was amazed that a film that was so bad could gather such a cult-like devotion.

One bad review does not mean the film is bad.
And I can probably name several films I've seen which were panned by credits, but I loved 'em anyway.

Headed to the land of Star Wars online fan fic, I am.
What George doesn't give us, we can find in the fans' online creations.

Dooku," and it's a pity that Lucas didn't arrange for Dooku to visit Naboo, because that could have generated a truly memorable piece of dialogue, like "You should never have come to Naboo, Dooku!" This whole writeup is funny as heck. Thanks for posting it, I needed the laugh!
