'Little Black Book' teaches kids 'gay' sex

A Massachusetts activist organization today will mark the one-year anniversary of same-sex marriage in the state by discussing the "dark underbelly" of the institution in front of Boston's City Hall.

The Article 8 Alliance" claims the state's schools have become more active in pushing homosexuality with students, pointing to an April 30 event at Brookline High School.

Sponsored by the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network, the event, said the Article 8 Alliance, featured a "hard-core pornographic homosexual 'how-to' booklet given to hundreds of kids."

"The book was prominently distributed at the first table, right after registration, where everyone would be sure to go," the group states on its website.

The booklet, entitled "The Little Black Book – Queer in the 21st Century," contains what the activist group calls "deadly misinformation on health."

Included in the booklet are graphic descriptions of homosexual conduct, including "fisting," along with a photo-spread discussion of condoms and instructions on how to put them on.

Also included is a list of homosexual bars and clubs in the Boston area "for the discerning queerboy." The Article 8 Alliance points out the students attending the event were of middle-school and high-school age.

The booklet mentions abstaining from risky activity, and then states, "But how much fun is that?"

Brian Camenker, director of Article 8 Alliance slammed the pro-homosexual agenda in Massachusetts.

"Contrary to the rosy picture painted in the mainstream media, we've seen an intensification of undemocratic, anti-free-speech activities throughout our state – in the schools, in government and in the media," he said in a statement. "Alternative points of view are routinely drowned out by ignoring the message, intimidation, name-calling or lack of proper notification. Even pro-family churches now hesitate to speak out on this moral issue, since it has been politicized by the radical homosexuals and their allies."

Continued Camenker: "Meanwhile, our Legislature and governor continue to support gay clubs in our public schools, which draw our young people into this dangerous and destructive lifestyle," saying he had never seen anything as "bad" as the "Little Black Book."

The associate director of the group, John Haskins, also took aim at Gov. Mitt Romney.

"The one person who could easily have prevented this situation simply by defending the state constitution – our Republican governor – is getting a pass, even from pro-family conservative media, and has set his sights on the White House," Haskins said. "If he is not exposed as a very, very, very nice man with neither courage nor convictions, he will indeed be a Republican Manchurian Candidate in 2008."

As WorldNetDaily reported, a Massachusetts father who recently protested a pro-homosexual book his 6-year-old son had been given in school spent a night in jail after being arrested by police – an incident the activist group mentions as further evidence of a pro-"gay" attitude by officials.

Group: Explicit gay sex flier passed out at school

An anti-gay marriage activist group claims a graphic safe-sex guide for adult gay men was distributed to students at Brookline High School last month.
Sean Haley of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network, which sponsored the April 30 event, denied the claim. ``The allegations are simply lies,'' he said. ``We assign monitors to every workshop and event to assure that all policies are strictly enforced. No such material from AAC (Aids Action Committee, which produced the booklet) or anyone else were ever present.''
The booklet, ``Little Black Book: V 2. Queer in the 21st Century,'' which includes graphic instructions on how to safely perform gay sex acts, was described as ``vile and disgusting'' by Brian Camenker of the anti-gay marriage Article 8 Alliance, which claims it was given to students.
Sally Turner, a retired Carlisle mother, said she picked up the booklet at a table at Brookline High School set up by Fenway Community Health. ``I was quite horrified they were promoting homosexuality all the way down to the youngest grades,'' she said. Fenway Community Health officials could not be reached.
Brookline Superintendent William H. Lupini said GLSEN rented the high school for the event.
``We're going to investigate it,'' said Lupini, who said he has been assured the claim is false. ``If it happened, it's going to mean a lot of things for us. . . . We'll have to take appropriate steps in terms of safeguarding our facility.''
The booklet thanks the state Department of Public Health as a supporter. But Gov. Mitt Romney said yesterday the state did not fund the booklet, and denounced ``graphic pornographic material on the gay lifestyle'' in schools.
Meanwhile, AAC director Rebecca Haag said, ``This is a very targeted publication for gay men over 18 and it should not be misused. However, it is a very effective public health tool for preventing HIV and AIDS. . . . We never use sexually explicit materials (in the schools.)''

Its articles like this that make me wonder if Farah is related to Art Bell.

I wouldn't go that far. But you are right to an extent, there are angles to some WND stories, particularly if it has regards to education. You won't see WND print anything positive about something they have a political agenda against. I don't use the ACLU as my source for information about religion, an apostate Baptist as my source about Southern Baptists, or Planned Parenthood as a guide to abstinence.

I like Mr. Farah and agree with much of what he has to say. I do learn from him a lot. Nonetheless, especially after the finger story and this latest Newsweek fiasco (I still do NOT understand what the h--- they were thinking on that), I am not taking everything coming from the media as the absolute gospel truth. A local paper here once misreported on a story about a teacher and he got email and death threats because of it.

If this is true or if I see it firsthand, I will be in the forefront in fighting against it. Nonetheless, I won't apply it to everywhere and everybody or to use it as a further excuse to push a political agenda (unless I guess you include not allowing homosexual materials in places). The liberals already do that enough.

As for Art Bell, I have to wonder how he finds so many different end-of-the-world people.

If this is true, this has got to be a completely isolated incident. It's very simple, folks, if these books are available in public school libraries, then it's the responsibility of the parents to prevent their kids from reading this garbage. If teachers assign this reading to students, again, it's up to the parents to intervene and to overrule the teachers. I would have no problem doing it...what are they going to do about it?

Good point. I do have to say, that it is not in our public school library, nor do I think that it will ever be. I have never heard of the book and hopefully will never see it. If I do, there will be a big book burning ceremony:).

It just makes no sense to me to support oppose gay marriage, but support civil unions. I don't support civil unions at all either. Actually, I don't even support couples living together before marriage.

I have plenty of solutions, which include the one you said. One is to all work together to keep this stuff out and to see what we can all do to make a difference.

Agreed.The first line of defense against this and other garbage being forced onto our kids is the strength of the family unit.Parents have to be proactive and absolutely insist that they,and they alone,reserve moral and spiritual license where their kids are concerned. If parents are lax and complacent in asserting their rights as to what their kids can & cannot be exposed to,this stuff will gain an ever stronger foothold and become the rule of the day.(God forbid,the whole country will become Massafornia!)
Some family ethics are timeless,and should remain so.
Just opining.....

The thought of such degrading material in the hands of impressionable children is thoroughly repulsive. Once again, I find another reason to be happy that I moved my family away from the Bay State.

That said, for those of you left who care, here's what your schools ought to be teaching your children:

I think everyone would agree with the point you both raise. Some parents are involved, some have no idea what's going on and some don't care.

I encourage you to read what happened to concerned parent David Parker. Mr Parker stated he wanted his son opted out of any homosexual teaching. The school played with him, twisted his words, and refused to cooperate. He was eventually arrested for trespassing when he wouldn't leave without an agreement to opt out his son.

As I see it, parents getting involved, parents getting proactive and insisting on reserving the right to discuss sexual issues with their children are wasting their time as David Parker found out. As the school his child attends thinks they know better, and are ignoring his request to opt out his son.

Center apologizes for sex-booklet snafu

The Fenway Community Health Center yesterday acknowledged its mistake in displaying a graphic safe-sex booklet for homosexuals at an event attended by middle- and high-schoolers at Brookline High.
``Fenway Community Health regrets accidentally making available a small number of copies of the `Little Black Book,' an HIV prevention publication for gay and bisexual men over the age of 18, at an event where young people were present,'' said Dr. Stephen Boswell, Fenway's president and CEO.
The superintendent of Brookline schools had asked the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Educational Network to follow policy banning the distribution of such material at the April 30 event.
``We thought we had laid out what were reasonable ground rules and that they weren't followed,'' Superintendent William Lupini said.
