YET ANOTHER different version of the Denny Crane "quote"- how many different words are you going to use for the same "quote" (P.S. it was good as first written- not as your numerous re-writes mangle it)

Ms. Coulter is best when she's firing well-aimed shots like this one instead of flinging bombs.

One of Ann's better efforts. She's a national treasure.

Thanks for the ping Jan.

Bumper sticker idea for liberals:
News magazines don't kill people, Muslims do.

I was just getting ready to ping you. Check out Post 27. At 1 minute and 30 seconds "Nothing good has ever come from those words 'My good friend - Teddy Kennedy'". How many times have I wanted to throw a brick at the TV everytime Sen Orin Hatch uttered those words.

No kidding, the obvious different rules to let this story go over one of the old Clinton stories as Ann Coulter wrote of in her recent article is outrageous.

The should have their license to do business pulled.
They have hundreds hurt and dead people over their version of journalism, and I don't think the 1st amendment was to protect that at all.

"Yes. As an aviation enthusiast, I have always felt that form follows function to a degree. We all know that it is not always true that good form means good function (fakes and frauds), but it often, not coincidentally, happens that good function almost always has good form! "

I complimented a girl's figure to my friend, an aviator, and he said "The engines fit the airframe."

Newsweek likely told Isikoff, "Relax, make one up, we'll print it."

One conservative I talked with last night was not willing to place lots of blame with Isikoff regarding this matter.
He went back to being responsible for yourself and the crazy Muslims being mostly responsible for the killings and injuries, not Isikoff.

I disagreed because Isikoff already saw the results of crazy Muslims regarding the prison photos last year. So, I figure Isikoff was smart enough to know his article was going to be like introducing a flame to gas.
Granted that it was crazy Muslims with hate crimes against their own people, but there is no doubt that Isikoff knew the consequences of his article. I think he wanted to start a controversy and as we all known he had a rumor rather than fact published.

Therefore, I could not agree with this conservative at all last night. They were cutting too much slack for the reporter.
I firmly believe Newsweek should have it's business license pulled.
Isikoff should be banned from all journalism.

I can't believe that. Who would KNOW that they would react this way and kill THEIR OWN PEOPLE. It's not rational and it could not be predicted. IMO.

One small detail: The First Amendment.

They reacted this way already to photos from a year ago in prison.
How could he NOT KNOW something bad had to happen?
